I got my ticket I.d. Emailed today from student guest services and the have my son who is attending a y.e.s. Program listed as 10+ (he's 7) and then my ticket says I'm 3-9. They don't have names assigned just ages and attending the youth program or not and the age ranges and attending status options are messed up for our group. Of course they're closed today! Should I even bother making fast passes and then have them straighten it out later? Is that even possible? Can regular ticket offices fix it for me even though it's thru the y.e.s. Program? Ugh! This is why they shouldn't wait until the day of to mail these things! My window opens the 18th...that's tonight at midnight, right? Please help!
