Help for labor day.

I am traveling to Disney September 5 through 11 and have my entire trip planned except for Labor day. So far I have.

Sunday: Fly in, Grocery stop, Roam BW or PI
Monday: ?????
Tuesday: AK AM, EPCOT PM Illuminations
Wednesday: MGM AM, MK PM Spectromagic,wishes
Thursday: MK,EPCOT, MGM Fantasmic (Pickup missed attractions from Tuesday and Wednesday)
Friday: Universal Studios
Saturday: Fly Home

I have been to Disney several times before so I don't need a fourth Disney day if the crowds are light. My choices come down to the following I think.

a. Another Universal Day (I have never been to universal)
b. Water Park (Never been to BB or TL)
c. make Monday a Disney day and move a or b to another day.


Where do you think I will get the most done on Monday?

I think MK will be the most crowded. We're doing Epcot that day. For some reason, I think the water parks will be crowded too. September is a really hot month for us Floridians. Good luck, either way.

PS: If you run out of options.. browsing the resorts is fun, too. And nice and cool
