We never rent a car because we always use ME. This trip is a split stay and we are hitting Universal :scared1: too. So I have so many new things I am dealing with. Working on the car rental, I am now booked with Enterprise and Alamo through AAA. Does anyone know if you get the benefit of second driver for free when booking through AAA. Also, which company is better? Prices work out the same.

They are both owned by the same parent company, so there isn't much of a difference.

If you join Alamo's Insider Program, you get a second driver for free.

Yes the Insiders program gives you better daily rates and higher coupon offers than what is offered to the general public.

Thanks so much. So I booked Alamo with my Insiders number, through AAA. When I pay, which is the best credit card to use? Amex, DV, or SW RR?

Look at the terms for your credit cards and see which one gives you the most benefits. I always use my Gold AMEX for car rentals because it provides great insurance coverage, even when renting internationally.
