Help for budget vacation home???

Can anyone recomend a good vacation home near Disney/Universal. We need room for 2 couples and three teens so maybe two master suites and two twin rooms. We would like our own pool any thing else would just be a bonus. I have just started looking and have only found homes for 1000 a week, am I looking in the wrong places??? TIA

and were very happy. It took us about 15 min to WDW and about half an hour to Universal.
