Hi This is my 1st time posting. I need some advice. I am going to be at Epcot on Fri Dec 30th. I had ordered beforehand epcot 1 day tickets and a dinner at Coral Reef and reserved seating at The Candlelight Processional for 6:45.
The problem is I just booked a Yuletide Fantasy Tour for that same day. The tour starts at 9:00am. I thought we would just spend the day there. The problem is the tour is 3 1/2 hours and kicks you out of Epcot after the tour. This means I would have to re-enter Epcot at about 12:30-1:00pm. I am worried because it is later in the day I may not be able to get back into Epcot later and therefore miss out on the processional. The customer relations made no guarantee of me being able to re-enter if the park is to capacity and there is no one at Disney that she said that I can call to get any more info.
Do you guys have any advice, should I cancel the Yuletide Fantasy tour I really can't come back to Epcot again during this stay. Does Epcot get overfilled by 1:00 pm. What do you think? Any advice

I am not sure either. But I am positive there is someone out there who may know. Just be patient and watch the boards some of the older posters may know. Good Luck

Does the tour require a park pass? There are some tours that don't need one, so they kick you out of the park after the tour. I would think that if you have park entry they can't kick you out. I'm asssuming that I have read this correctly and you have no problem being in the park for the whole day. I'm not so sure I would take the chance of not being able to get back in. I love the CP...it's one of my favorite holiday things to do, so I would do anything I had to do in order to see it!! Have a great trip!

Oh, and by the way....Welcome to the DIS Boards. You are going to love it here...great info, great people. Have fun getting informed about all things Disney!!! :wave2:

Hi, welcome to the DIS!
If I'm reading your post correctly, you already have purchased a one-day ticket for Epcot, which means you are entitled to stay in the park all day. When the tour is over, stay in the park. That ticket is good until park closing at night.

maybe at the beginning of your tour, or before the tour begins, you can explain to the tour guide that you have reservations for the candelight processional, and that you want to remain in the park for the remainder of the day.

i can't imagine them telling you that it would be too bad that you can't stay.

i think that they would make a provision for you to be sure that you didn't miss out on that. :confused3

Here's some pixie dust to you in hopes that things go as planned for you... :wizard: :wizard:
