can anyone help please ?? Sadly due to my divorce I've had to sell my DVC After renting it out quite easily through David if was a hard decision but had to be done. I used Lori at Dvcsales.com and the early process was quite painless and I have most of the money in my account. However us law holds back some of the tax and I'm told I can claim in back from www.irs.gov by completing form W7. It seems so complicated I'm not sure where to start? They want certified copy from the issuing agency of my passport. Anyone know of a tax specialist that I could pay to help me with this? Thanks x

Normally the agent can recommend one and puts you onto them. Fees are about $500.

For anyone else needing help getting their W7 form to reclaim FIRPTA I can recommend Kadeer he has done everything for me including verifying my passport and saving me a trip to the us embassy Final tax return completed and the money is back in my bank.
