Just last night, I was looking at an informative thread that gave a breakdown of the benefits of each level along with upgrade info based on hotel. Can someone link it here? I can't find it.

Thanks. What I found last night was information put together by a disboard member. It explained what type of room upgrade you could expect for each level based on hotel.

That was when it was called Loews First. They did a complete overhaul of the system a few years ago and changed the name to Youfirst. It used to be more geared to families and is now more geared to business travelers.
