Depends on where the image is stored.

If on your computer, using your mouse you can left click on the image and drag it to the message box. Keep the left mouse button pressed while you drag the image. Or, you can click to 'Upload a File' button at the bottom of the message box.

If online, click the image icon (square with sun and mountains) in the message box and paste the url of the image.

this is a prop from Disney World I am looking for a picture that shows where it was used.

No idea, but it looks like that photo was taken in The Conch Flats store at OKW.

It's a newer sign, after the DVC logo change.
