Help finding 5 bedroom pool house with themed rooms

We're just starting to plan a trip to WDW in August 2012. There will be 6 adults and 2 kids, and we need a 5 bedroom house. My kids are young (will be 4 and almost 3) and they are in love with Disney.

Since we're staying offsite because it's much cheaper for our group, It's important to me that they have very Disney rooms in the house that we stay in. Unfortunately, short of looking at every listing, it's hard to search for such a thing

I was hoping someone here would be able to give us a recommendation.

• 5+ bedrooms
• with pool
• 2 themed bedrooms (prefer Mickey, Pooh, or Nemo, but I can be flexible)
• <$1800 for the week ($1500 would be better)

We're looking at Windsor Hills, Windsor Palms, and Emerald Isle right now, but we can expand that a bit in that same general area if someone has a great recommendation. We just don't want to be very far away.

Have you thought about Sunset Lakes? It is right by Emerald Island and is also gated (coded gate instead of a manned gate).

We had friends that stayed there this past Spring Break and loved it. It appears to be a very peaceful and serene setting.

Have you considered Indian Creek? Indian Creek is right next to Windsor Hills. It is non gated and the prices tend to be much lower. Many people on this board prefer to stay here due to the lower prices.

Thanks for both those recommendations. I hadn't considered either of those places, but am totally open to it. We've only stayed offsite once, and that was at Windsor Hills, so that's what I'm familiar with.

That house with the Pooh and Mickey rooms looks absolutely perfect...unfortunately it's booked for the entire summer of 2012 . I have a pooh lover and a minnie lover in my house, so it would have been perfect.

The Indian Creek house looks great too, but my kids will fight over the Mickey room I may have the only 3 year old on the planet that isn't into princesses and fairies.

OP, have you thought about expanding your search outside the Formosa Gardens area (ie. Clermont, Davenport, etc)? You might have an extra 5-10 minute drive, but the prices will be much cheaper and you may find what you are looking for.

4forMe - we're kind of familiar with the Fermosa gardens area as we've stayed there before. The rest of my family was wary of staying offsite, and are trusting what we say about the drive, so I'm a bit wary of pulling them even futher. This is the first time most of them have done offsite at all.

We've found a couple in Indian Creek that might work as well. What we've kind of decided is that while theming is great, if we can find a great home at a really great deal, we can stay for 10 days instead of 7, and I think everyone would rather have that than a themed bedroom, so we're going to see what we can find. If it comes down to it, I'll bring a set or 2 of Mickey sheets in the suitcase and call it a day

We like southbriar in indian creek. There is a cars room and a princess room and the kids bathroom is in between and totally mickey mouse!!
