HELP!! Final Decision

I already have a reservation with disney June 18-21 for CBR on a AAA discount. Im reading that CBR might not be the best choice. Should I stay with CBR or switch to POR?

If you the Caribbean theme, stick with CBR. It's not that bad. Many people love CBR.

it really depends on what you are looking for, who you are traveling with, etc. I LOVED CBR and would stay there again in a heartbeat *but* I can also understand the reasoning for those who say they don't like it.

We had a waterview room (right in front of the beach) and were 2 buildings from Port Royale, prime location and for me a necessity with 2 small children.

I would stay at the CBR--has a great theme--go and enjoy yourself!!

I agree - it depends on what theme you want. If you like beach themes, I wouldn't hesitate recommending CBR - we loved it, and would go back.

I haven't stayed at POR or POFQ as of yet, but have plans to try. I don't think you'd be disappointed, as long as you like the theme of either resort.

I really loved The CBR. The atmosphere is beautiful. Having said that, let's face it, no matter where you stay, if it is Disney it is quality. Of course, if you are extremely fussy, you can find fault with any place, but Disney is known for the best quality in the business, so I would say it dosn't matter which resort you stay at, as long as it is Disney - you will find the magic you are looking for.

My family loves CBR!!! We love the themeing, and the beautiful surroundings. The food court has a great variety, and we have always had great bus service. My daughters like the main pool and the quiet pools. We tried another moderate one time, and switched back to CBR. It's the only place my daughters want to stay. When my daughters were little, we stayed at Martinique because it was really close to the food court and main pool. But now we enjoy a short walk and usually request Jamaica. Good luck on deciding..

We stayed at CBR in June 2003 and absolutely, positively loved everything about it!! The only reason we're not staying there again is because I was outvoted by my family We stayed in the Martinique building if that helps you any.
