Help figuring out TIW...

We should be arriving at BLT at about 2 oclock in the afternoon....I would like to have dinner at Cape May. What would be the easiest way of my purchasing my AP and TIW.... I will be using a one day base ticket towards the purchase.

I can only think of going to the Magic Kingdom from BLT..using my 1 day ticket to enter the park and then go to Guest Services to upgrade to an AP....can I get the TIW at the Main Street guest services also? Is there a better way of doing this?

(I will also be purchases 5 six day hoppers)

Oh...and do TIW members still get free valet parking?

Yes, TIW still get free valet parking, we used it at BWV when we ate at Kouzzina's over Thanksgiving.

You can purchase TIW at guest service at MK at the gate. No need to go into the park.

We were so happy that TIW still gives free valet parking when dining! It was so crowded at GF in December but we had no problems because we used valet for our lunch there! It's a great perk!

You'll have to show your receipt from your dinner that you used the TIW on.

The reason I mentioned going into the park is that I will get the full "credit" for my 1 day base ticket if I use it first....as opposed to what I may have paid for it back in 2008.....

Thanks all I guess this idea is the easiest. Hopefully my family will be happy to hang at BLTs pool while I go do this....I do not want to drag them all into the MK.....I dont think they will want to leave to go to dinner if they come with me...lol

As long as it's just your AP that you're upgrading, and no one else will be upgrading, it should work just fine!

Since you're eating at Cape May, why not go over about 30 minutes earlier and stroll to International Gateway and get your AP and TIW card there. No need to use valet at the BC, just self park there.
