HELP! FE Pirate Mickey Candy Bar Wrapper

I'm hoping someone can help.....
A couple years ago I found a Pirate Candy Bar Wrapper from one of the amazing DISigners on the boards. It was a pirate map in the background with Mickey and gang all in the their pirate garb. The DISigner had a blank copy so you could add your information to the bar for a fabulous FE gift. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
