HELP... Father/Daughter bake-off...

I need an easy, chocolately recipe for DD and DH to make... DH has no experience in the kitchen... and I will be at work so I cannont help...

Can you make "no bake" cookies for a bake off??

No Bake Cookies

2 c sugar
½ c milk
¼ c cocoa
¼ c butter
dash salt
1 tsp vanilla
½ c peanut butter
3 c quick oats

Mix well sugar, milk, cocoa, butter & salt. Bring to a rolling boil; boil for one min. Remove from heat & add vanilla, peanut butter & oats. Drop by tsp onto wax paper. Let cool & enjoy.

Chinese Noodle Cookies (Worm Wads)
1 pkg peanut butter chips
1 pkg butterscotch chips
1½ cans Chinese Noodles
In double boiler, melt chips. Stir in chow mein noodles. Drop by teaspoonful onto wax paper or cookie sheet until set.
Options:
Add peanuts
Substitute chocolate chips for either peanut butter or butterscotch.
