Help! Fastpass+

I made all my selections for my group last month. They upgrade the Fastpass today and when I went to look at my selections to see if I wanted to tweek something, it is only showing me on the Fastpass. Disney has me on hold! Has this happened to anyone else.

Did you try Menu/My Reservations and then scroll down to the bottom to the FastPass section?

They are having to add my guest to the selections, but the top choices they are having trouble adding my 3 other guest!
