Help!!!! Fastpass booking window

I just hit the 60 day mark. I booked my hotel and tickets separately. Disney assurred me on the phone that I would be able to book fastpasses at 60 days, but it hasn't opened up. Does anyone know if there is a secret I'm missing?

I know recently they changed it so booking starts at 7am not midnight
