Does your soon-to-be-ex-spouse have any interest in the
DVC memberships? Is said spouse aware of the initial cost of the memberships or likely to do research to find out the current values?
If not, I would suggest reviewing the
ROFR thread and choosing the lowest value for each resort you listed for a similar-sized contract. Price per point is very dependent on the size of the contract. Larger contracts tend to sell for less than small ones, since there is very high demand for the smaller contracts.
Even if you own smaller contracts, I would still suggest the lower end of the range and see if they challenge those values. It would not be fair to use the current list prices on the resale sites as a reference, since those are only list prices, and the contracts generally sell for less, with the exception of the </= 100 pointers.
Also, if your contracts are missing most or all of the current UY points, they would generally sell for less. If they have banked points, they would have a higher value. I am not sure what to say about the OKW points. If yours do not have the 2057 extension, those are almost always taken by ROFR for DVC to re-purpose them as 2057 contracts, and that may lower the value of those points as well.
