Thank you! Not a lot of new information, the slips that need to be handed in aren't there anymore and the site mentioned to check the compliance is actually the one in the e-mail stating you only have 10 days left.Might be some helpful hints here - https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/pra...sing-i94-departure-record-2.html#post31351751
Done, thanks for the inspiration. Hope it helps those in need. This is what a fellow affected traveler tweeted:
Other traveler:
.@DisneyCruise why are all#European travellers on the#EBTA getting reminded to leave the us, while they did on the 12th of May of the#DisneyMagic?
And why is it@DisneyCruise isn’t actively making people aware of this situation?
Why do we need to request proof from@DisneyCruise we were on the cruise, when we already alerted them of the issue
Yes, mistakes happen and I can see Disney being unable to make CBP run any quicker to resolve it. But why they don't just send the proof to each non-US traveler with a message, you may not need it, but please check here if you do and send them this is you need proof. The fact that DCL is not making folks aware of this is unacceptable. Having to find out through tweet or message board is outrageous. The ball was really dropped here.
We shared the info on wdwinfo.com as well https://www.wdwinfo.com/news-storie...ic-having-visa-troubles-after-returning-home/So we're starting a news campaign, DisneyCruiseline Blog has been notified, Dutch newspaper, UK newspaper. I was willing to give Disney time to resolve the issue, if they aren't, it'll get out
