Help EBAY Problem don't know how to handle ends 50 minutes

I have someone who bid on my item and she emailed me saying she didnt realize the size after the fact. Anyway auction ends in 1 hour. She asked if she can retract her bid. I have never had anyone ask this...what would you do??? I do not want to relist auction. I leave for the world next week and I was counting on the $$$

I would let her retract the offer. At least she contacted you before the auction ended.

How do you let someone retract the offer??? I tried going into help can't find anything unless I am calling it the wrong thing

search on how to cancel a bid and cancel her bid, i had to do this for the first time this week the guy contacted me and explained and i was ok with it and just canceled his bid. do a search and it should come up, its pretty easy and you can do it in like 2 minutes.

I would tell her to retract the bid if she wants to. Then someone else will have a chance to bid on them or the next highest bid will still win and you'll get the $.

It keeps taking me to community boards when I search...and they say you can't cancel one bid on your list. I found a bid retraction form but it seems like it is for the buyer.

Have her retract but can only retract if she bid within the last 12 hours. Otherwise you have to cancel her bid.
