Help! (DVC)

I am interested in buying into the DVC on resale. While searching I found that Vero is the cheapest per point. Would I have less benefits from purchasing Vero as my home. Of course, I lose the 3 month advance reservation (12-9 Months) for reserving outside my home. Why would I pay more for Boardwalk? Boardwalk is my 1st choice!

Is there anything stopping Disney from increasing the amount of points per night cost? Have they increased them yet?

Has anyone heard of Disney starting a new plan where you could buy shows/dinner/passes using points?

What advice could be suggested while purchasing the number of points?

Who would be the best re-seller?

Check out the frequently asked questions on the DVC board and then post there about any other specific questions you have. We always are willing to help answer if we can. If you want to stay at BWV, I suggest you buy there. Yes, the per point cost on resale might be more, but the mainenance fees are less than at Vero, and that is the long term cost for you.
