Gratuities for fishing excursions?

I did several searches here and also just with google, and didn't turn up anything specific. I gave my husband a fishing excursion for his birthday this week. He's leaving out of Wilderness Lodge for a one-person slot afternoon trip. Do I need to give him some cash for a gratuity for the cast members who are on the boat? If so, how many are there?

We have done the fishing excursion several times. We have only ever had one cast memeber on the boat. With fishing guide services, its customary to tip 20%, which is what we have always done. Once in a while, if they keep us out longer than the amount of time we paid for, we tip more. Have fun!

Unrelated to gratuity, but did you receive a confirmation email for your excursion? I booked one for next month and was given a confirmation number over the phone when I made the reservation, but that’s it… making sure I’m not missing anything haha, would hate to show up to the marina bright and early only to learn I somehow didn’t book properly haha!

I also tip 20% to the guide. They greatly appreciate it and they do such a great job that I feel that the tip money is well earned.

I did not. I also have a confirmation number but did not get an email.
