Help DU Question

I booked our honeymoon cruise through DU. I wanted to check our reservation online through the disney website. I used the confirmation number that DU gave me but it is not working. Has anyone been able to check their DU reservation directly with the Disney site? if so HOW?

Reservations booked through TAs cannot be viewed online by the client. You are welcome to contact your agent at DU for a copy of your confirmation or you can view it through the Client Services area at DU.
