DS just submitted his DCP application. It is his first time applying. He got all the way to the end, did electronic signature and hit "submit". The page said there was an error and gave a bunch of letters/numbers.
When he signed back in under job status it says "Open"
Does this mean he hasn't completed the application? If yes, how does he go back to finish the application? There doesn't seem to be a way to open application up.
Any clarification on his status would be greatly appreciated. If not, is there a phone number he can call?
He did receive an email saying "thanks for applying..."
EDITED: It finally showed status as "submitted" so we think it went through even though he got the error message when he submitted.
