Thanks everyone, looks like DU will be getting my business!

This is our first time using DU! We have been very happy with everything so far! I haven't booked it yet; but we do have quotes for September 2005. It's rack rate as not even AAA doesn't have the room only discounts yet. I have a lot of confidence in Sue Ellen's ability to get us the best rates for both trips! It is saving us so much time not having to call everyday or the aggrevation of being on hold for forever!

Just following up that Sue Ellen at DU did manage to get us AP rates for our upcoming trip in October. It was wonderful not having to worry about it or try and phone from Australia (seeing that people were on hold for 1-2 hours it wouldn't have been possible). We got our CBR rates no problem but there was nothing at WL, so we changed to AKL - which we're actually rather excited about.
