Help! Disney stopped payment on AP refund check?!?!?

Edit - been on phone over an hour getting bounced from person to person saying they’re not the one to help with this and then forwarding me to another wrong department - anyone know who really can deal with this???

Finally received the 4 checks for AP refunds. Deposited all 4. 3 were fine and then one got returned as Disney stopped payment on it. And I got charged with a fee for it too. Anyone else encounter this?????

Unfortunately, you will have to request for a V.I. Passholder supervisor to return your call. That is the only way to speak to them regarding escalated situations.

We had an issue several years ago where they charged our park tickets to our room (we had our credit card number on file) even though we had already paid for them as part of our package. We also got bounced around and ended up sending a couple of certified letters to establish a paper trail. When we finally heard from someone who could actually help us, we politely asked to be reimbursed for the postal and long-distance phone costs, and they sent us a Disney gift card for about twice what our out-of-pocket expenses were, so you might want to try that.
