Help! Dining window isn’t showing open

hi, helping a friend with their first ADRs. Arrival is 10/9/18, so have calculated today as their booking day.

It is not showing them their 180+ 10 window... only 10/9.

The resort reservation is showing linked... what am I missing? Thanks for any help!

Try signing out and going back in. Sometimes if you sign in before 6AM ET, it won't recognize that you can make reservations yet.

We figured out that they have 2 profiles from using a travel agent... so the MDE profile they are using isn’t the one loaded to the hotel reservation. I don’t know how to fix this... ie we are logged on with William but Bill is the guest showing staying at the hotel Per the travel agent.
