Help!! Dining reservation online, it cant find my reservation

Hi. Does anyone with a hyphened last name have trouble bringing up their reservation?? It wont work, in all possible combinations, to retrieve my reservation on disneyworld.com and now it wont work for the dining... so i cant get my +10!!!! Everything i entered is correct and i could fit my whole last name, but i think it's the hyphen that's messing things up! Please help!
It said these numbers in red after i try to get my reservation in dining:
E02020305001

It's not a specific error, just those numbers in red, and i cant click on them.

Next week i have a lot of dining days to do, luckily this morning i got 12/26 and that's all i really need on that reservation but my other big reservation i wanted to do my adrs before work and now i may have to wait til lunch time to CALL disney! What is wrong!!!! Please help! Thanks!
 
Hi, I too have a hyphen in my name, my 90 day window was Thursday, I awaited 3.00 a.m for the booking system to open and had the same issue as you. Then after about 20 minutes of keep trying in varies different ways by removing the hyphen, spaces etc., the system recognised my booking and the correct spelling of my name and I was able to book my +10. However I have tried many times to book my remaining days online and get the same error message as you are getting. Although when I telephone to book the cm advises there's nothing wrong with the reservation number and cannot explain why the system won't recognise my booking. Hope you have some luck and get all your dining requests.
 
I get the same mysterious error number, though I don't have a hyphen in my name. So that's not what's causing your problem.

I have previously been able to retrieve my resort reservation. Now thisw morning I can't. It may be related to heavy volume on the system as a result of the time window now including Christmas week, but that's only speculation on my part. (If so, just imagine what things will be like on 10/27!!)

I booked all mine this morning, some via the phone and some online. The only one the system is not pulling up is the one for the Candlelight Processional, and I get those same numbers, but I called back and double checked my confirmation number, so I will give it a day or two before I worry about it not being online.
 

hi, thanks for posting. i had to call disney and i got the reservations i wanted.. but thursday i have to work so i'll have to wait til lunch time UGH!
I hope i can get the ones i want!

I asked the tech line to help, and she said she tried what i said and the same thing happened for her. She said none of my reservations have the hyphen, so that's not the problem. I got the exact spelling they used, like they put the first part in all caps and then the second part in lower case and without the s on the last part of my name, then the other reservation has the s and regular caps. I cant open my reservation in 'my vacations' nor could she, so i doubt it will work online for dining thurs. Frustrating!

I like how you can log into your reservation for disney cruise without needing the last name! They should do the same thing for dining and disney reservations. There arent enough character spaces for the disney reservations to fit my name, they think that may have something to do with it. However, my name does fit for the online dining and it still doesnt work. I have tried all possible combinations. They're passing my info along :rolleyes1
 
I had the same problem and it was because I forgot that I used a different phone number when I made that reservation. (I dont know why I did that but it was probably lack of sleep!}

Check the dining confirmation that was mailed to you and make sure your name is spelled the same way you are entering it. I don't know if this will help you, but it is worth a try. Good luck and have a wonderful vacation.
 
The E message seems to be a generic error message that basically means the system isn't working right now. If things are working correctly and you enter inaccurate information, you'll get a message saying that it can't find your reservation. There seems to be no rhyme or reason for the E message - it comes and goes as it will. Sometimes if you close and reopen your browser, or even reboot your computer, it may go away.

disneypolybride2008, I've never been able to get the system to pull up my reservation under "my disney vacation," so you're not alone there. But it will pull it up correctly on the ADR reservation page for a restaurant. Go figure.

BroncoBilly83, the CP reservation can't be pulled up on line for some reason - this according to the folks on the phone at Disney dining. You do have to call to confirm that one, and any other ADR that has a credit card guarantee, even if you made it online.
