Help, dining plan or not?

We are leaving next week for BCV. I don't know if we should do the dining plan or not. It would be 3 adults and 2 kids. One of the adults is my 17 yr old daughter who is very picky and still orders off the kids menu. She only eats mac and cheese or grilled cheese. We have done the dining plan a few times b/f. I love it but I don't know if it is worth it b/c of how she eats. I plan to eat at the following TS:

Beaches N Cream
Kona Cafe
Cape May Character Breakfast
Liberty Tree Tavern

We are staying for six nights. If we do the dining plan we will add:

Tutto Italia and one more TS.

We also will do Wolfgang Puck Express on night for dinner. I know that is a CS but a pretty expensive one.

One more thing to add. I have about $400 on my disney rewards card so I would have to pay only about $400 oop for the dining plan.

What would you do? Please help.

If your 17 year old will mainly be eating children's meals there is no way that you'll break even on the DDP with the restaurants you've chosen.

Your plan will cost you roughly $100/day

Children's TS meals are $7.59
Children's CS meals are $4.60

That's about $13/day (with tax) times 3 - so $39. You'd have to eat $60 of food per day in order to recoup the cost to break even. I don't think that it'd be possible to eat that much every day for just you.

If you were ordering more adult meals then I think you'd do better than this with the plan.

It does not sound like it is worth it for you. I can't see you doing any more character meals besides the one right? And that is where you make up a lot of ground. Does she do buffets? There are a couple of those you might consider that might help you budget it. But also, this late, can you make reservations where you want. We had a hard time in August.
