Help! Digital framing and printing issues!

Ugh, I spent hours yesterday making sure all my photos I had framed in photoshop were the correct size for printing. Last time I tried to print photo I had framed I neglected to make sure they were in ratio for the size I wanted and the edges got cut off or sometimes a whole section of the photo.

So I was told to make sure they were all 4x6 in photo shop before sending them to be printed. This I did. I go to pick them up yesterday and some are ok and others are missing the text at the bottom or a right or left side has been chopped off. The tech tells me they do not cut them there they come as I send them... bull, I know they were all 4x6 or 6x4 ratio.

Any ideas, I'd like to print some out as postcards, etc with the black framing and text but it seems not to be working.

no help here, but i am just learning the adobe elements and trying the same. i have some cool disney frames done that i would like to add my pictures to. when i pull the frame in, it has the checker board in center where i can add a photo, but i am unable to insert the photo. i too, then want to print them 4x6 for postcards.

are they 4x6 before or after you frame them..

Could you take a picture of a couple of the baddies and post 'em? And/or send the PSD file(s) to me? (disney AT ritchgrafton DOT com) I've done a lotta printing, maybe I can help.

Sure will, I'll fwd them in a little bit. Right now I'm dealing with photoshop kickin' my butt because I can't figure out why on earth everytime I click to change the color of text it stops working, weird!
