Help deciding, please

Hello All, trying to decide between the Embassy Suites Lake Buena Vista OR the Marriott Cypress Harbour. It will be the wife and I and our two 15 year old daughters. Doing Seaworld, Aquatica, Universal and Busch Gardens. Which one do you think we would enjoy the most ? Any comments are appreciated. Thanks...We have never stayed at a place like the Marriott CH. as we usually do hotels only.

No question. Go with the resort over the hotel.

The hotel has one bathroom, right? That in itself would seal the deal for me.

You'll have much more room at the Marriott, particularly if you get a 2br.

If you end up staying at Cypress Harbour you'll never want to vacation in hotel rooms again.
I'm pretty sure that all of the villas at Cypress Harbour are two-bedroom, two-bathroom units.
CH is right around the corner from SeaWorld (maybe three quarters of a mile and reasonably walkable from the resort). Aquatica is about two miles away, and Universal is a fairly quick 7 mile drive from Cypress Harbour. It's about an hour (70 miles) down I-4 then up I-75 to the Busch Gardens property.
