Help decide - Poly or Hilton Parc Soleil

Have reservation for 1 nt Wilderness Lodge & 2 nts Hilton(like set up there in 1 BR unit) & also like to "experience" WL(a fav), don't mind resort changing & we were all set. Then this a.m., Travelocity threw us for a spin with the Poly & though it's priced more, got a decent rate(for Poly that is) for same dates as Hilton. What to do Heard lots of chatter on the boards that Poly has construction going on(this is a Std view room), but we love the poly & not sure whether price/construction noise is worth it or not. Help us decide please

1. 1 nt WL + 2 nts Hilton = $631
2. 1 nt WL + 2 nts Poly = $1126

Diff = $495

Quick question....of what ages does your party consist? Just adults? Youngsters? That might help people here offer advice

okay, I am sure your 10 y/o would enjoy staying at a monorail hotel. Of course, when you ar at WL you can take a boat to the CR and get on the monorail there and ride it around for awhile too. Even if you're not on property this is doable. So I guess it comes down to is it worth the extra $500 (which might cover the food for all 3 of you for your whole trip). The pool is fun at the Poly, but when my DS was 10 y/o, ANY pool was fun!
So, if the money isn't that big a deal with you, I would say stay at the Poly, but if it is a consideration, stay 2 nights at the Hilton.
You can't go wrong either way...you'll be at WDW!!! Enjoy!
