Help!!!!!! I know that wdtc is the travel company, but what I don't know is what cro is and how to get them. Seems like I remember reading that CRO was central Reservations. How do I make sure that I'm booking through CRO and not through the travel company. Are there diffrent telephone #'s. I don't like the deposit and cancelation policy for the Travel Company. Can I book packages through CRO. I know you guys have all the info. on this sort of thing.

When you call, just say you would like to book a reservation through CRO. When you are done, ask the CM to go over the deposit & cancellation policy with you, and that will tell you if they have done it correctly. Here is a link to all the different payment policies. ~~
