Help! Coordinate EMH and ADRS!

The hours for Oct. are not available and neither are the EMHs. How on earth do I make ressies for BLD if I don't know which parks I will be at yet? This is so unfair.

(Can I doublebook ADRs?)

YES, we having the same problem, so you know what I'm having to do? call every morning 90 days out(we're going for 3 days), which means tomorrow, thurs and Friday mornings and booking ALL of oujr reservations for every day. when i find out the oct hours, I'll call and trim our reservations down to which park we'll go to each day. that's what a cm suggested and the only way I can think of to SECURE CRT and others.

I took an extra picture calendar I had lying around and went to the Extra Morning Hour chart listed on wdwig dot com. I saw that the EMH doesn't change much month to month. (Of course it could change for Oct. but I'm working off the assumption that it will be similar.) I also didn't count on MK having pm EMH due to MNSSHP (Ackronyms! Oy!)

I copied the EMH hours onto the calendar in one color pen. Then wrote what parks I thought we'd do each day in another color. Lastly I used pencil to write the restaurants (and Counter Services too). After changing the restaurants a bunch of times I chaulked out something I could live with.

The only problem now is not knowing what time fireworks are for Narcooses or Cali Grill.

Hope this helps. It helped me at least to get a skeletal plan going. My kids specifically asked me NOT to schedule everything everyday this time and allow for spontaneity and downtime at the resort. I hesitated making all these ADR's because of this, but then ADR's are easy to cancel last minute but hard to get last minute. I've plugged WDW Dining into my cell phone address book and plan to make changes as they come up.
