DARN! I thought it was at 120 days that we put in cabana requests and now I see it was 150 days! I am 14 days past my 150 days. Do we still have a shot at a cabana? Does it go in order or is it all of us can put in our requests and they book them all at 120 days?

I'm going to be mean and ugly, but just call your shore side concierge. They aren't able to book until booking time, they just do it on your behalf, and since you are sailing concierge, you receive priority for all booking windows.

Actually, it is no longer 150 days for a cabana for concierge. That was last year and it has changed to contacting your Shore side concierge at 125 days. (Unless they changed it again in the past few weeks and I don't know about it.)

They take the list in the order that they are requested by concierge guests and book them accordingly. Left over cabanas will most likely be gobbled up by platinum members next on a first come first serve basis.

Good news, you didn't miss anything. Just send in your requests by email at midnight on day 125 before your cruise, and you'll be fine.

great thanks so much! One more question, is it midnight eastern that I send the email?

I emailed shoreside concierge before midnight on my day. I corresponded with them for a week or two before it was time to book, and then they booked it when it was time and sent me a confirmation email. No need to send an email at midnight on the dot.

Yes agree I sent mine before 8 pm 126 days as we are in the UK and I am not getting up at 5 am. So the answer of 12 midnight Eastern is untrue.
All my requests were fulfilled.

It's worth knowing that there should be an auto-reply to your email.

If you don't get that, they didn't get your email. I didn't know that for sure, didn't get an auto-reply, had a feeling something had gone awry, and stayed up on booking night. Not difficult, as midnight eastern is 9 my time. Snagged my cabana and Palo reservation on my own.

So now I tell people, since finding it out, yep, there's an auto-reply. If you don't get it, send the email again or call or stay up LOL.

I just sent in my requests and just got my auto reply within 5 mins! So this is great to know....I have however been in touch with them for a few weeks now. Been going back and forth

Also FWIW on the magic they appeared to hold back a cabana or 2 for conceirge guests. I moved my cabin to the 1 Br about 60 days before the cruise and was able to secure a cabana. :)
