Easy Vegetable Pizza
2 - 8 ounce cans Pillsbury Crescent Dinner Rolls
8 ounces cream cheese
1 tsp dill weed
1/8 tsp garlic powder
fresh vegetables, such as carrots, cauliflower, broccoli (cut into very small pieces, very small)
shredded cheddar cheese, optional
Press the two cans of crescent rolls into an ungreased 15 x 10 x 1 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely. Combine cream cheese, dill weed, and garlic powder. Spread over cooled crust. Cover and refrigerate one hour. Top with fresh vegetables and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese, if desired. You can also double the cream cheese mixture if desired.
