We are going in 3 weeks and 6 days (Not that im counting) we are staying for 3 nights.
My DP is useless ive asked him to look around read reviews what takes a shine to him! He comes back with "Where ever you want Darling, we will go where you say" - No help at all haha

So ive chosen to do The steak House in the Village on the 1st night
Parkside Diner on our 2nd night!
I would of done Walts, but is being refurbed when we're there!!

All the sites and reviews ive read, Cafe Mickey seems to get alot of great reviews , So do i do cafe Mickey! Or Try get Inventions?! We have half board plus! I can imagine still having to pay alot on top of our vouchers if we choose Inventions! How much i dont know (If anyone as an idea? He helpful)

Or any other Suggestions! Thank you!

Inventions is over 50Eur adult and over 20Eur child... Cafe Mickey is much cheaper when looking at Inventions.
I'd love to try Inventions, but the price.. oh, well... we'll be doing Cafe Mickey.

oh wow! so im prob looking at paying another 60Euros plus on top of my vouchers for the 3 of us!
Yeah we have a cafe Mickey Breakfast booked on our first full day! Maybe book to have an evening meal there then! :)

If you're really keen on character dining and you don't want to spend too much, cafe mickey. Or....if you're nor bothered about character dining, how about the blue lagoon?? Or, I really like Plazza gardens (buffet)

i'm not sure either the blue lagoon or plaza gardens would be open for dinner - even when the main park is open late these restaurants may close much earlier than park closing time.

Oh no! Really?? How early?? We usually eat about 6pm so have never had a prob getting in anywhere at night.

or do as I plan - good lunch and light dinner. I really wanna do Plaza gardens :rotfl:

Last time I went, park closed at 8pm and we had a table at Blue Lagoon at 7:50, I think it was the last available time for the reservation.
Then we ate without any hurry. We finished late, a lot after the park closed. We had a CM escorting us to the exit through the empty and dark park :)

However I don't know, maybe if the park closes at 6:00, restaurants inside the park do not serve dinner at all, never tried.

When we have the character breakfast on the first morning will see how DS takes to it all! I thnik if he loves it and istn scared of them then could well try book an evening meal! I did choose the Plaza gardens, then someone pointed out that due to having half board plus, i would be losing money as you can go half board standard at Plaza. So ive been trying to choose Plus restaurants.:)

I know that March when we go the parks close at 8pm, i just assumed the restaurants would be same time, maybe taking last bookings at 6.3-pm or something. I dont really want to eat to early, so maybe im better with choosing another place in the village. I just remembered about the rain forest cafe!

It looks lovely in the Plaza Gardens! :) read some great reviews there.

oh wow, they were letting you in as late as that! Ive always fancied the Blue lagoon, due to the surroundings etc.....But ive seen a menu the other day (could be an old one) but i didnt really fancy much on it! :sad2:
The park closes at 8pm when im there. I kist presumed the restaurants closed around the sametime. we tend to like to eat dinner around 6 7ish.

if theres anywhere in particular you want to eat in the parks themselves for dinner (but I can't think of anywhere in the parks thats on the half board plus option apart from Blue Lagoon and Walts), maybe you'd be best to phone the dining reservations line - they can tell you which of your choices are open for dinner.

yeah we would of chosen Walts if it was open when we were there:sad2: I think we will be giving Blue Lagoon amiss this time too! So looks like we will be either eating in the Village or a Hotel!

Yeah i might give them a ring! Thank you :)

Yeah ive read great reviews about the Agrabah cafe!
closes quite early then. will keep that in mind :)

OH finally agreed to go now there is more choice :)

The silver spur steakhouse in the park is also on the plus. We ate there several years ago on our first trip. The food was nice but the restaurant was virtually empty. We ate an early dinner (about 5.30 I think) when the park was open until 7. Otherwise we have always enjoyed the hunters grill in the Sequoia lodge and would like to try the beaver creek tavern one day.

I know everyone is going to have different experiences in these places!

We did try and Get in the Beaver creek once, but we didnt book ahead. we try went to try and had no luck.
This time is why im trying to find the places now so i can book soon as i get there:)
