Help!!!!!!!!! Character tea party!

righto - have found out 1 thing to start with - if u have the birthday tea party - that is at lucky nugget - if you have the standard tea party - that is at pizza planet!

i phoned up to book the birthday tea party and am now very confused as to what i have booked!!!!!!!!!!

i wasnt allowed to pay for it over the phone - which i thought u could?? also, i have to pay 19 eur per person for the birthday - but that is regardless of whos birthday it is - i thought that u paid one price for the birthday child/person, and then the standard price for the non birthday! so - if i pay the birthday price for everyone - surely we all get a present?? also, before, i was told that, under 3s were free, but if it was their birthday, then u paid an amount extra so they got a present - but i was told that i didnt have to pay extra for my 2 yr old?!?!?!

am very confused, so if anyone can tell me what i should be paying and if theres another number i can call so i can pay now (*** think its £13 rather than 19 eur - so better deal lol). i call the 30 40 50 number...

basically - there is me, my dh, ds1 who is 5 when we go (and we want to pay for him to have a birthday gift) and ds2 who is under 3 when we go (but we want a birthday gift for him).

i have been quoted 57 eur and that we have to pay when we go to the meal!!!!!!!!!!!!

please help!!! WAS SPOSED TO BE RESERVING AND BOOKIN OTHER THINGS, BUT AFTER THIS I GOT SO FLUSTERED I HUNG UP (ooops sorry for caps - am rushing lol)

spoke to an american guy, and got it all paid for & birthday organised - just need to reserve a table at cafe mickey, and then tell hotel when i arrive when i want the birthday cake (think thats right lol)

and it is a character tea party at pizza planet, and a birthday tea party at lucky nugget - the birthday one is at 5pm, not sure on the other - so hope that helps sum ppl!!!

I booked the birthday tea party for end of November for my daughter's 1st birthday and was told she did not pay even though it was for her birthday. They took her name, checking to see if the spelling was correct, so i'm hoping there may be a small cake!

I didn't know you could pay in advance. Does it matter if I just go a few minutes early and pay at the door or should I be paying in advance?
