Help! CBR, CSR, or POFQ??

My mom will be taking our family (herself, my three adult siblings, me and dh and our two daughters (ages 6 and 8) to WDW in January!

She is looking at either CBR, CSR or POFQ for our resort. We're looking for your recommendations!

Where should we stay and why?

I've only stayed at POFQ but DH has also stayed at CBR. He prefers POFQ.
He had no issues with CBR,but prefers POFQ due to the closeness of DTD (which is where we usually eat dinner unless we have an ADR in one of the Parks) & the closeness to POR.
We enjoy the boat ride to DTD it makes a nice change from the buses.In addition you can walk over to POR to check out their lounge and since they are sister resort you can also use their pools
