HELP! Can't get online reservations to work

So I try to make my reservations online and I can get all the way to the credit card input screen and I always get an error message. I've managed to get 3 reservations using the online system, but had to do the rest on the phone. I'd like to keep checking online and not having to call, but I have no idea what the problem is. I've used the computer, the iPad, iPhone, the app, the website--but no dice.

Any advice? I'm going nuts!:badpc: <-----me
 
Sometimes the site just doesn't work. My first trip, I had to book everything on the phone on my 180 day. Second trip, I was able to do everything online. You might just have to call or wait for the website to get fixed. You could try deleting the cache on your browser, killing your browser and starting a new one, or using a different browser tool.
 
I have tried at home and at work today, I don't think it's my connection. I'll call tomorrow and see if a CM can figure out what's wrong. It's just so frustrating to SEE that BOG reservation and not be able to book it! Oh well, it will work out--right?:rolleyes1

I'll try doing all the cache clearing when I get home from work tomorrow.
 
I figured out the problem--it's only letting book 180 days out--not the 180 +10 of my reservation. Annoying, but at least I can stalk my additional reservations later!
