Help! Cancellation Policies

Does anyone know the room only cancellation policy? And/or the tour cancellation policy, specifically the Keys to the Kingdom Tour?

My husband and a friends husband surprised us with a trip to Disney on Saturday, we are supposed to fly out tomorrow, and now my friend has come down with a terrible virus or something and doesn't think she can go tomorrow.
 
i think the room only cancellation is more than 5 days from departure full refund 5 days or less forfeit one night cost. Rebooking for a later date may have less negative effect.
 
I booked a segway tour yesterday and they told me the cancellation policy was 48 hours for refund.

Does anyone know the room only cancellation policy? And/or the tour cancellation policy, specifically the Keys to the Kingdom Tour?
 
just looked up more info that said modifying a room only to change the date usually results in no penalty. Also saw that the keys to the kingdom must be cancelled more than 48 hrs prior for a full refund.
 

I'm not home and don't have any of the info so I really appreciate it. Hopefully she'll get better, but if not, maybe we can push it back a few weeks without penalty. I have until tomorrow morning at 8:30 then to cancel the tour.
