help!!! can i get my expired photos back

long story but i planned to order the cd this weekend. the site crashed and i have had a nutty week. i just went to try to order and now my pictures are expired!! is there anything i can do to get them back?!?!?!?

You can call them and explain the situation. I have read lately that they are charging extra for extensions -- not sure if your photos fall within the extension criteria as they have expired.

Here is the info I have from an e-mail I received a few months ago, I'm sure the number is the same. But time is running out -- you should call today --

If you would like to speak to someone regarding this issue, please call
our Guest Support Desk at 407-560-4300 between the hours of 9:00am to
1:00pm EST seven days per week.

THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!! I just called them. They were able add them back to the account for 2 days for me for free. so i'm going to order NOW!!

Glad it worked out for you! I've found that the people at disneyphotopass.com are usually very helpful. And nice to know they gave you 2 day extension without you having to pay for it. Though if you had to pay $4.95 for a 7 day extension I'm sure you would have been happy to!

yes you are right... i totally would have paid the $4.95. but they were great. they said it would take an hour. but i logged out and in again and it was there. also i thought maybe it would just be the original images. but it was the originals, plus all my edits! So i ordered the CD on the spot! I'm good to go now! thank god!!!
