I just have to vent before I explosed. My mom finally got out of the hosp. after FOUR WEEKS on Friday. But she is far from well. She sounds very weak and she's nauseous today. This alone would be upsetting, but they have to be out of their house (after 32 yrs) at the end of Oct. They rented an apt for easier upkeep. My mom is EXTREMELY neat and organized...and is apparently having lots of trouble letting US (me and my siblings) handle the move. She won't even begin to tell us what to do to help them. We went over Sunday and at least got out all the old Christmas decorations...but we need to get their clothing packed, arrange for someone to pick up old furniture, etc.
We're at our wits end.
To top it off, my parents are at each other's throats constantly. FUN.

! Except they are NOT moving...yet. Mom had surgery last week and she and Dad separated last year after 40 some odd years of marriage(except it is a secret since dad is well known around here and they are trying to work it out
) . Mom is a neat freak and had me on my knees cleaning Monday
! I DO understand entirely. This is my first real break in days from them
! Hang in there and turn to these boards for 5 minute breaks. It helped me keep my sanity! That and poor DH who is my sounding board
