Help! Can‘t book Port adventures...!

i don‘t know what I am doing wrong, since I already successfully booked a PA a couple of weeks ago, but right now it does not work.

I am signed in in my account, click on the „book now“ button for activities in the general reservation overview and am directed to my first day on board. For that day, I could book onboard activities, of course no PA‘s, but I can‘t go to any other day of my trip!

If I go on the „whole itinerary“ button, I can see every day of my cruise, see the PA I already booked, but can‘t click on any button to choose a port for further bookings.

Any idea what I am doing wrong?

I am looking for the Fantasy 25th Nov cruise, so PA‘s are regular still bookable.... I have no clue what to do...

Any help would be great!

Most likely reason:

It's just DCL's site being DCL's site, which is prone to fits of uncooperativeness.

Some troubleshooting steps:

Try it on a different browser or different computer/device.

Clear your cookies and cache.
 
I have this problem on my laptop using Chrome. When I switch to my phone (also using Chrome), the website works fine. As previously recommended, try a different browser/device combo and see if that works better.
 
DCL's website was iffy with me earlier when I was trying to browse next year's sailings. I think they may be doing maintenance.
 

Same here, a couple of times, but after few minutes everything would work again.
 
Depending on which browser I use, I get different results. When I use IE and am on the first day of my itinerary, I can not see the direction arrows to the right of the date, but they are there. If I slowly move my cursor to the right of the ship my arrow changes to the pointing finger. I can then click the invisible arrow and go to the next day. If that doesn't work, try changing the date in the address bar at the top of your browser.

Would anybody know why I can see on the screen that there is an opening for a character breakfast on a day that I am booked or his father is booked but when I want to add it for my son (10 yrs), the 'check availability button' is not getting green (I can select his name). I have unfortunately four times breakfast at three different times and I need to book an adult or >13 years first because the younger ones can't be booked alone. (It are the last spots here and there).

I *think* it is seeing your own reservation for that person as the "available" slot - it is "available" to you because you have it. This happened for me on our last cruise also, but if I signed in as my Mom and looked it showed no availability (since they were not on our reservation).

Thanks AquaDame, that must be it. Finally could try it on a different computer and the availability was the same (could not check with a different account). It is a strange booking system, because when I click on the 'available' time and I want to add a family member, it gives that person a spot but kicks the other person out of the reservation. And now I can't swap it back again because it says that it is completely booked. (So now Dh has a Frozen meeting and DD not....).
