help - broken picture frame

I just returned from the world and on the last night did a big shopping at the world of disney in downtown disney. I bought a small picture frame for a friend and when she opened it yesterday it wasn't wrapped at all and had the glass broken. when i got home last night i checked all of our other frame purchases and they all were wrapped in plastic and styrofoam, and of course in tact.

Is there anywhere i can call? or is my best bet just trying to find a piece of glass for the frame. I know i probably should have opened the boxes before buying but the box itself looked unopened and we were buying so many things there i didn't have time to open and unwrap everything.

any suggestions?

If you have your receipt call the number on it and they should send you a replacement. I had a problem with a magnet last year. I bought several and they were together. I never checked them all until I got home and seperated them. Once was missing the plastic photo cover. I called. They mailed me a brand new one with no charges!
