We have a one night DVC standard studio stay at SSR thanksgiving week. We have a three night immediately after, also SSR standard studio.

We rented through owners, two separate owners. How can I contact SSR to ask if they can link our reservations so we don’t have to check out of the first reservation room & can just stay in the same room? Not sure what # to call since we are NOT the DVC owners.

You could ask the first owner to send an email with a request to stay in the same room. You would have to supply them with the reservation number. They should be able to make a note. I don't think they can actually link them, per se. They would more than likely have to do a check out/check in process since they are different accounts, but the resorts often handle these types of issues.

As @Judique says, you need to give the first owner the second reservation number and ask that owner to chat/email/call Member Services to place a “continuing stay” notation on both reservations. I’d recommend doing the same with the second owner too. Then when you arrive, go to the front desk and ask whether you’re assigned the same room. If not, that’s the time they can possibly fix it! They want to keep you in the same room - saves housekeeping expense!
