Help-Breakfast with Belle? Where?

We have close friends who are planning a trip and their daughter is a HUGE Belle fan. Where can they find Belle for a character meal? I thought Cindy's breakfast would be neat, but they turned the idea down, citing that they won't be able to spring for many expensive meals (they'll do mostly counter service) and that it HAS to be Belle. Does anyone know where they can find her? Thanks in advance!

Belle does appear at Cinderella's Royal Table usually, but she's almost always at the Storybook Princess Breakfast at EPCOT. I think that would probably be your best shot. Also, she usually appears at the France Pavillion in EPCOT as well so if for some reason Belle makes a no-show at the breakfast, she will have a chance to see Belle there.

Thanks Meeko- I was hoping there was a Beauty and the Beast character meal, but they'll take whatever they can get! The storybook princesses breakfast sounds adorable.

Just so you know, the Princess Storybook breakfast is just as expensive as Cindy's, $19.99 per adult and $9.99 for children 3 - 11. I hope your friends enjoy their trip!!!

It's not a meal, but if you must see Belle, then you must make time for Belle's storytime in the Magic Kingdom. Deb has a nice writeup here http://wdwig.com/mk_belle.htm

Best of all it's FREE (if you're in the MK anyway) and Belle makes time to meet all her little fans.

And yes the little girl in the navy and stars outift pictured with Belle IS my dd.

There is no "Belle" character meal (from what I understand, there was a Beauty and the Beast character meal in the GF once upon a time). Your best bet is go to the Storybook Princess Breakfast. Let the child know that Belle will not be dressed in her yellow princess gown, though... she will have on her blue dress and white apron.

You can also see Belle (for sure) at the Storybook Garden next to the castle at the MK. Belle reads a story, and people from the audience are chosen to help act it out (it helps if you get there early, and sit down front). Afterwards, Belle poses for pictures and signs autographs.
