Help! Breakfast ADR at DHS day after galaxy’s edge opening day

We had a Hollywood and vine adr booked for 9.15 on 30th Aug this year, pre announcement of galaxy’s edge opening date.
We’re now wondering how the timings will work for this. I was initially thinking of doing the normal 15mins before arrival for 9am, but now I have no idea.

I’ve heard stories of the hoards of crowds and am thinking of arriving much earlier to be able to get through the crowds before rope drop, but I’m not sure how much earlier than the adr they’ll let us in. Any ideas?

Keep in mind that hours at DHS around the opening day and for weeks to come (think all of Sept) will likely change, most likely to an 8am opening with EMH at 7am. For your particular ADR I would arrive to the park no later than 8:30am, Disney should have entrance lines set for people with early ADR but they won't be necessary if the park opens at 8am anyways

Thank you, I was hoping to read that they would have separate lines for ADRs as I had visions of us fighting through queues going back miles! I also suspect they will open park earlier but wanted to make sure it would be ok if they don’t.

nothing is confirmed on what they will do with crowd control, the parks most likely will open earlier than schedule, maybe even by an hour so your 9:15am ADR might get easy to get to but it might not. Stay tuned of coverage from day 1

I think there's a chance they'll still have something set up for ADR to get through the crowds of guests that are just waiting to get in the park, even with a 7 or 8 am opening.
Similar to what they offered when there were lines to get in Pandora but someone had a FP (or other reason) to enter the land. They didn't make everyone stand in the stand by lines (for lack of better phrase) so I'd expect something similar as long as they haven't reached total closure to all guest phase.
If they use holding lines outside the park in any way. So much yet to be known till they announce what they'll do to queue up getting in the park.
