Have you asked to speak with the reservation's manager?

Are you in a metropolitan area where a local TV station helps with consumer issues?

Call DW Corporate Offices 407-824-2222.

Write: WDW Guest Communications, PO Box 10040, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830-0040.

Go to: hiddenmickeys.org and scroll down until you see Media Relations. Call the person listed there.

Hope this helps. It makes me afraid for my November reservation!

So sorry that they were not helpful. Like the other posters stated I would definately write a letter with all the copies of your confirmations. Maybe someone higher up would be able to help you.
