Help...best way to do this

Ok, here's the situation. My mom is accompanying us on our trip in just over a week, and she has her own room, so she has her dining credits separate from ours. However, she will be eating pretty much every meal with us. Obviously we're going to have to tell the waiter/waitress that she's separate, but exactly how closesly are we going to have to watch our credit count? I had dining punch cards made, so hopefully that will help. Any ideas will be appreciated.

You will be presented with two separate bills. One bill for your mom and one bill for you, your husband and your daughter (your DD1 will be dining off of your plates for free)

You give the server your KTTW card with your bill and your mom will give the server her KTTW card with her bill. The server will deduct the proper credits and return your receipts with your cards.

Just double check your receipts and mark off the punch card that you're bringing accordingly.

That is what we have planned, I'm just worried about forgetting to tell the waiter or something......because it is 3 adults, do you think they will automatically ask?
