Help...Anyone that has used Orbitz for airfare

I would like to hear from people that have used Orbitz to book airfare. They have a great deal on my tickets (SDF to MCO $377 for 2) at the times I need. Has anyone had any problems with them or on the other hand have you had a great experiance? Any feedback is greatly appreciated! TIA

There may or may not be problems when you go to book with Orbitz. They don't actually search for SEATS on that flight until you go to book it...... Did you also check that particular airlines own webpage for the same price/flights?

I had the same problem with seats. I
booked a flight for a freind for Dec. from
Denver to DC and thought I was getting
a seat for $300. on a direct flight but by
the time I finished it was $425. with a
connection. They were still about $75.
less than Expedia even with the new
$5. surcharge.

I don't know if they had a special or what, but I ended up getting my two tickets for 364.50 The price on the United site for the same flights was over a hundred dollars more. Plus, they waived the $10 service charge, no idea why, but I'm happy about it. The site said I would receive an airline confirmation number within 24 hours. I am crossing my fingers that everything goes well!

I bought tickets for 4 from Orbitz on Delta got the seats in order and window as well,

to MCO from STL haven't flown yet but, looks ok to me ! cmatt good luck

I got an amazing deal from Denver to Tampa at $134 as opposed to the next cheapest fare I could get at about $425. Haven't flown yet, but they notified me of a schedule change (only 5 or 10 minutes), and I have my seat assignments, so I assume everything will go well. They are now my first choice site for airfares.
