I weighted 5 pounds less the day I gave birth to DD, than what I weighted when I got pregnant

I had the worst morning sickness for the first 7 months, but, I had a healthy baby girl due to eating the right food. Here is what worked for me:
Watermelon
Yogurt
Soup
Eggs, I know weird, but, I never got sick after eating eggs
Ice water, I would walk around with a mug filled with lots of ice and water and drink from it all day and it would help my stomach settle
And... beans, I know strange, but, I could eat a bean burrito everyday and not be sick
My best advice is to try different foods, until, you find the ones that helps you feel better
PS. I was also given Zofran, but, it made me very dizzy, but, if your DR prescribes it, you should try it, I hear it works for a lot of pregnant women.
